Infidelity

Question: For years, I have suspected my husband cheats on me.  Given that, in addition to our myriad other problems, I’ve decided it’s time for divorce.  I’m considering hiring a private investigator to get definitive proof of my husband’s infidelity.  Would you recommend doing this to prove in court my husband’s cheating ways?

Answer: I wouldn’t waste your money hiring an investigator to prove what you think you already know.  Proving it will not benefit you in the state of California in a divorce proceeding, because the only grounds for divorce in California are “Irreconcilable Differences.”  Your other marital problems will cover that ground for divorce.  Many years ago when the law was different, people would get proof of cheating spouses by kicking in the door and snapping photos of them in a sexual act.  But the only time that proven infidelity would benefit you, would be in a child custody suit where your husband’s behavior could emotionally harm the child.  So, if you want a divorce and your husband doesn’t, then that in itself is an irreconcilable difference!  Go for it – and remember that until you find your new love, bed doesn’t have to be a lonely, frustrating place.  Learn to love yourself and to enjoy multi-orgasmic adventures with TriGasm, a new vibrator designed by myself to empower women.
